My new favorite site. 51 coins this time, with 5 silver, plus a half sixpence. All the silver was in great condition too which is a big bonus. Machine used was Minelab Etrac with 18″ x 15″ Detech SEF coil. There a few areas with alot of contamination which will no doubt hold more good finds so I will return with my 8″ x 6″ coil to hammer those areas. Hunted the AC beach the day after Hurricane Irene landed ( 8-29-2011). Found a mans gold ring and alot of other targets despite the large amount of detectorists out there. Did this vid editing with my new Sony program. Have a good one More to come. Dont be afraid to subscribe and come back,

Metal Detecting CITY Beach Hunt – Minelab X-Terra 305 on the beach in a city park. – www.metaldetectorx.com For the education of the new and to make it clear to everyone, this is a CITY beach. You can not do this in STATE parks, lakes etc… in the USA (most places) If this was a state park what I was doing would not be legal. Crossing from the beach to the land… Check the regulations for your area. I used to fish at this small lake when I was a kid. You do not need a fishing license to fish in this city lake. I don’t know what is in it now, but, there used to be tons of huge jumping carp, bullheads and perch. I would not call it a real beach, but, people do lay out there. If you are like me and looking for your First Gold. According to what I see on youtube, most of the gold is usually at the beaches and tot lots. When I get a real piece of solid gold (ring), I am going to avoid these places like the plague. Next project?
