How did you find out about this place? I’m trying to find similar places.
thats not the grave digger monster truck but its the car the grave digger was based on. that car is from at least the 1950′s
Thanks for the nice comment, I have been detecting since 1986 and with time comes the experience. Ace 250 is a good machine.
Hey nice video, I noticed you’re fast on retrieveing items, I’ve learned some trick on what to carry, etc… keep up the good work, thx from Brazil.. oh I got an Ace 250, works great!
Thanks, I would not have known without doing more research.
@ 2:53 thats the grave digger monster truck you found there wasabi167 but without the big wheels
that car looked cool
Great finds and nice job on the video !!
Joe I would stay away from Bounty Hunter. The detector in my opinion is not that great. You will find things that are shallow, but it does not go that deep. Usually the deeper items are the older better items. ACE 250 by Garrett would be a better starting detector in that price range. Being experienced I would go with high end detector if you are going to be detecting this for a long time.
My next detector will be a Minelab.
Happy Hunting you can contact me privately also.
I’m looking at a Bounty Hunter for $200.00
Can I get a decent detector for that or should I go for a more expensive model?
Interesting vids by the way.
Hey good job with your 1st video and some great finds. Keep em coming.
Me too, thanks.
Thanks bud.
nice totsie toy car
Thanks so much, I have more in the makings, but will probably save them for a winter project, don’t have time to edit all of them right now.
The thing about it is,it’s supposed to be designed to be fool proof.I had good solid hits on targets that were supposed to 25c pieces and one turned out to be a knob from a washer or dryer and the other was a slug of some type of metal.I could understand if I had the detector set to find all metals, but I was finding stuff it was supposed to reject.I’m not wasting another weekend with it,it goes on ebay, and then I’m done.
Whites is a good metal detector. Keep in mind that you will find a lot of trash along with the treasure. To find the good stuff you need to do some research and find the old parts of your town and do some door knocking for permission to hunt. Just want to encourage not to give up on your detector, you have to use it for more than just a weekend to really get to know it.
Keep at it buddy.
I bought my first metal detector this weekend.White’s Prizm IV.What a waste of $400It has 5 discrimination modes and tone ID and even with all that set all I found was trash.Ken White can kiss my ass
It is called a Fishers new pocket sized metal detector is designed for pinpointing metal objects located with a regular metal detector.

What is that device you use in the hole after you remove the grass plug from the yard?It looks like a knife
That little gun was sure a fun item to find. I do prefer coins, but that breaks up the hunt and adds variety.

I thought this was interesting, I found a kilgore gun just like that a month ago when I was staying in a 1900′s home. I saw your find and was amazed
Yes,
I love my F75. As far as depth, man it goes deep.

great fun,,, do you know the folks that own this land ? just wondering how you were able to get their o.k. to hunt there. I dont have much luck getting people to hunt their land, I dont blame them, everyone is so scared and skeptical of everyone else these days.
